Your tasks
  • Product Development Leadership: You’ll shape the entire product development process at the intersection of product strategy and implementation—this includes partner-specific solutions in close collaboration with the product team, tech team, and partners. You’ll always keep an overview of your projects and steer them to completion.

  • Panel Platform Development: You’ll drive the development of new features closely with product leadership and independently or collaboratively implement UX improvements, often in concert with the tech team. You’ll monitor and optimize relevant panel KPIs and make data-driven decisions.

  • Partner-Specific Projects: You’ll work closely with product and tech teams to develop custom solutions for our partners. You’ll coordinate requirements, implementation with the tech team, and final delivery with the partners.

  • Tech Team Coordination: You’ll maintain the product backlog, write tickets for the tech team, and define requirements together with developers.

  • Panel Setup & Partner Onboarding: You’ll be responsible for setting up panel platforms for new major clients and recruitment partners. You’ll lead the onboarding process and ensure optimal platform use by partners.

  • Strategic Product Planning: You’ll provide valuable input on mid- to long-term priorities that should make it onto our roadmap.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: You’ll regularly analyze market trends and competitors to identify innovative approaches early and incorporate them into platform development.

What you bring
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role on a digital team

  • A self-driven work style, strong organizational skills, and enjoyment in working with customers and colleagues

  • Good technical understanding and the ability to clearly and systematically articulate requirements

  • Excellent German and good English skills

  • Bonus: Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and you’re not afraid of a little HTML

In addition to People & Culture, Rahel also manages horizoom’s accounting departments from the company’s headquarters in Berlin. With over 20 years of experience in the media and online panel industry, she was already involved in the founding of Berlin-based GapFish GmbH, among others. The graduate foreign language correspondent and mother of two lives a culture of cohesion and caring, sees herself as a people & culture ambassador and says “In the end it’s simple, it’s all about the people!”. In her free time Rahel enjoys cooking with family & friends, spending time at the gym and dancing through the clubs of her city!
