Founded in Berlin in 2023 and with currently 18 employees, we do not consider people as a resource, but think people first! We put our team, our survey participants and our customers in the center of our trade.

Your tasks
  • Contact person for accounting
  • Preparatory accounting for the tax office: entries in accounts, proper accounting
  • Invoicing and processing: preparing accounts receivable invoices, processing accounts payable invoices and making payments
  • Account reconciliation: ensuring the correctness of accounting
  • Dunning
  • Monitoring the bank account
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements, reports for management
  • Assisting with budgeting/forecasting: helping to prepare budgets and forecasts for management
  • Expenditure monitoring: analyzing costs, recommending savings
  • Communication and interaction with teams, suppliers and external partners
  • Compliance: adherence to accounting standards and guidelines
  • Accounting management in CRM and Datev
What you bring with you
  • Commercial background and several years of professional experience in accounting (financial accounting/accounts receivable/accounts payable)
  • Service-oriented and communicative interaction with tax/financial authorities and customers
  • Quick perception and very independent learning ability
  • Not afraid of intensive teamwork and constructive criticism
  • High level of problem solving skills and flexibility

In addition to People & Culture, Rahel also manages horizoom’s accounting departments from the company’s headquarters in Berlin. With over 20 years of experience in the media and online panel industry, she was already involved in the founding of Berlin-based GapFish GmbH, among others. The graduate foreign language correspondent and mother of two lives a culture of cohesion and caring, sees herself as a people & culture ambassador and says “In the end it’s simple, it’s all about the people!”. In her free time Rahel enjoys cooking with family & friends, spending time at the gym and dancing through the clubs of her city!
