This year’s GOR24 (General Online Research Conference 2024) organized by the DGOF Deutsche Gesellschaft für Online-Forschung e.V. will take place from 21-23.2.2024 at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln in Cologne.
We, especially our conference participants Malte Friedrich-Freksa, Jonathan Heinemann and Mark Wolff, are very much looking forward to a varied program with the main topics (or “tracks”) Survey Research, Data Science, Politcs/Public Opinion&Communication, Digital Methods in Applied Research and of course the GOR Thesis Award 2024.
horizoom will support the conference as a sponsor and, in the person of Malte Friedrich-Freksa together with Holger Lütters from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Oskar Küsgen from pangea labs, will also be able to make an exciting scientific contribution on the topic of AI development and human capabilities for deepfake identification under the title “Human Accuracy in Identifying AI-Generated Content”, based on an exciting study including implicit measurement in the horizoom panel. (on 22.2. 15:45-16:45 in room 1.11)
Last-minute participants can still register at https://www.gor.de/.
