With the tailwind of the past financial year, we are delighted to start the new year with four new employees.

Jakob Majoor joined the horizoom team on February 1 as Senior Account & Partner Manager and will be responsible for the development and support of strategic partnerships. He has been a friend of the team for many years and has contributed his enthusiasm for customers and ResearchTech in various positions at Dynata, quantilope and most recently in consulting at areto, among others.

Dr. Sabrina Altmann started as Director Business Development on January 1, 2024 and will be responsible for the horizoom panels and partnerships in a leading role and will continue to develop them operationally and strategically. She previously worked successfully with parts of the team at GapFish GmbH in a similar role for over three years.

Since February 1, Julia Rings has also been part of her team. As Panel Operations Manager, she will contribute her diverse market research experience, including in the area of partner panels, to improve the panelist experience. Having recently completed her Master’s degree in Market and Media Research at the TH Cologne, she brings a breath of fresh academic air to the team alongside her practical experience.

And if panelists do have any questions or even complaints, Rachid Coubadja has also been on hand since 1 January to provide them with reliable support. As he did for many years at GapFish, he will now be assisting horizoom as Panel Manager in the areas of panel management and panel support, thus further structuring and professionalizing panel operations.
