Every three years, the specialist media outlet marktforschung.de conducts an independent “Image Study of Panel Providers.” The aim of the study is to take stock of the perception of online field service providers for the market research industry in German-speaking countries. The study surveys awareness, willingness to recommend (NPS), and image values of the most relevant providers. The target group for the online survey are people who are involved in the selection and commissioning of field service providers and/or who are able to evaluate them comparatively based on a good overview of the market – in 2025, with a field period from April 28 to July 15, 2025, these were in particular n=297 institute and company market researchers and n=61 service providers (such as other field service providers, freelancers, IT/software providers, or analysis service providers). horizoom was awarded 9 out of 9 possible awards as a top provider in the independent “Image Study Panel Provider 2025” by marktforschung.de. We would like to thank everyone who voted!

After horizoom was founded in 2023 (and launched in June 2023), horizoom was represented in this image study for the first time in 2025 and was immediately named the top provider in the industry, receiving the highest ratings in 9 out of 9 possible awards.

The study examines the image dimensions of “speed,” “reliability,” “service orientation,” “consulting competence,” “price-performance ratio,” “innovation & creativity,” “quality of samples,” and “commitment to preventing manipulation.” Horizoom achieved the highest score in all dimensions. In the image dimension “innovation and creativity,” it achieved a respectable score of 3.9/5—a clear mandate from the industry to horizoom and its competitors, which we gratefully and enthusiastically accept and to which we already see good responses in our product and tech roadmap, particularly in the areas of AI applications, UX, and adtech solutions. Room for improvement in terms of awareness

Unsurprisingly, two years after its launch, horizoom is not yet sufficiently known to all players in the market. With awareness levels of 42% (unaided) and 57% (aided), we take a positive view of the fact that once people get to know horizoom, we stay in their minds. We will continue to work on our brand awareness in the market and welcome any contact requests from interested parties!
