At the beginning of the week, we received the good news that the BVM – Berufsverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V. – has accepted us as a corporate member.
Founded in Hamburg in 1955, the professional association, with around 1,200 members, is the most important organization representing the interests of market and social researchers in Germany. It also cooperates with the ADM, the trade association of German market and social research institutes, and the DGOF, the leading association for online research in Germany, for example in the (further) development and implementation of professional principles, codes of conduct and quality standards, the practical promotion of training for young researchers, sustainable management and much more. Membership of these three associations is therefore only logical.
As a corporate member of the BVM, horizoom declares compliance with the statutes, association rules, guidelines and quality standards and the “ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Conduct for Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics”.
Jonathan Heinemann, Chief Sales Officer: “We are delighted to be able to support the most important professional association for market and social research in Germany as a corporate member of the BVM. With its various formats for training and further education as well as networking, among other things, the association is an important support for us as a young, growing company. We are therefore all the more pleased to be able to help shape the content of the BVM seminars “The digital transformation of market research” and “Artificial intelligence in market research”, together with Prof. Dr. Holger Lütters from HTW Berlin.”
