At the ADM General Meeting on April 24, 2024, horizoom and 24 other companies signed the ADM Sustainability Code, a voluntary commitment to establish ethical and sustainable standards in the company in the areas of ecology, social affairs and economy.
Among other things, the code provides for the joint reduction of energy and resource consumption, the creation of fair employment and working conditions, and for an open, dialog-oriented, diverse, ethical and moral attitude towards stakeholders (such as suppliers, customers and employees), as well as preferential cooperation with companies that share our sustainability standards. Climate neutrality through CO2 reduction and compensation by 2028 is the declared goal. All signatories will prepare an annual sustainability report and present progress and targets transparently.
Jonathan Heinemann, Member of the Management Board: “With its motto #peoplefirst, horizoom stands for reliable and sustainable relationships and partnerships as the foundation for sustainable, entrepreneurial action and is already making a measurable contribution to climate protection with the horizoom forest. Regardless of the challenges that such a voluntary commitment entails, the ADM Sustainability Code speaks to us from the heart. We look forward to shaping the path in the coming years and inspiring other companies in the market and social research industry.”
