In March 2024, horizoom was successfully certified as an access panel service provider in accordance with ISO 20252:2019, the international standard for market, opinion and social research.
The standard examines management, organizational structure, employee selection procedures, training and development plans, data management and documentation systems, diligence and traceability of recruitment, fieldwork and sampling, data security and data protection, quality management, conformity with professional ethics and GDPR and much more on the basis of >100 test points as part of a detailed audit lasting several hours. At the end of the multi-stage process, the result was clear: horizoom meets the requirements of the standard in full and without restrictions and may now use the conformity mark. From now on, surveillance audits are planned every two years in accordance with the standard.
