As a service-oriented and data-driven online access panel provider, horizoom has set itself the goal of generating real added value as a partner at eye level. Founded in Berlin in early 2023 and with currently 23 employees, we do not consider people as a resource, but think people first! Your tasks
- Support and later independent supervision of B2B marketing and B2C marketing (panelist recruitment for www.horizoom-panel.de, in cooperation with our full-service agency in the areas of affiliate, SEO, SEA, social, telephone, mail)
- Co-budget responsibility for the marketing and recruitment budget
- Co-responsibility for the company and panel websites (texts, newsletters, etc.) and social media channels (B2B and B2C)
- Organization of trade show appearances (booth and merchandise)
- Further development of website features and other marketing tools
- Advertisement planning on- and offline as well as industry publications
- Design of flyers, brochures and advertisements in cooperation with external service providers
- Review and approval of print and online advertising materials
- Internal communication to coordinate projects across departments
- External communication with agencies, service providers and business partners
- Close cooperation with the Sales and Panel Management departments
What you bring with you
- Ideally completed business administration or marketing studies or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience ideally in online and offline marketing of an advertising company, advertising or online agency
- Good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Very good analytical thinking skills and confident handling of figures and reports
- Very good knowledge of web-based tools such as content management systems and analysis tools (e.g. WordPress, Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.)
- Technical understanding up to programming knowledge (HTML5, Java…) an advantage
- Organizational and communication skills, empathy in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team and in contact, service-oriented work
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Market research knowledge is helpful, but not mandatory
