As a service-oriented and data-driven online access panel provider, horizoom aims to create real added value as a partner at eye level. Founded in Berlin at the beginning of 2023 and currently employing 26 people, we don’t think of people as a resource, but think people first! Your tasks
- We are looking for a motivated colleague who is passionate about supporting the topics of brand (B2B, B2C) & performance marketing (B2C) & community moderation (B2C), inspiring and driving them forward with their own ideas.
- Support and later independent management of the B2B and B2C marketing division (panelist recruitment and communication, in cooperation with our full-service agency in the areas of affiliate, SEO, SEA, PPC/social, telephone, post)
- (Co-)budget responsibility for the marketing and recruitment budget
- (Co-)organization of trade fair appearances (trade fair stand and merchandise)
- (Co-)responsibility for the company and panel websites as well as social media channels (B2B and B2C)
- Support and expansion of existing partnerships and development of new partnerships in performance marketing
- Conception, planning, design, testing and approval of print and online advertising material and campaigns in cooperation with external service providers, designers, agencies, specialist publishers and partners
- Close cooperation with the sales and panel management department
What you bring with you
We are not looking for omniscient miracle workers. We’re not that either, so we’re looking for you! What you don’t yet know, you can learn with us in a motivated team 🙂 But maybe you can at least partially contribute valuable know-how:
- Degree in economics or social science (preferably with a focus on marketing or media design) or comparable training
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in online or offline marketing, in an advertising company, advertising or online agency, or a publisher
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Very good analytical thinking skills and confident handling of numbers and reports
- Very good knowledge of web-based tools such as content management systems and analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Matomo and Co.)
- (Very) good experience and know-how in the field of performance marketing (PPC, SEA, affiliate,…)
- Technical understanding up to programming skills (HTML5, Java…) an advantage
- Organizational and communication skills
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills, service-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Knowledge of market research is helpful but not essential
