Your tasks
- Independent coordination of projects
- Close cooperation and communication with the technical project managers of our market research clients internationally
- Sampling, testing surveys, sending invitations to survey participants, controlling quotas, data management, data enrichment and implementation of market research online surveys
- Communication with management and account management team
What you bring with you
- Commercial or social science education, degree or relevant professional experience in this field
- Strong, proactive communication skills
- Reliable, structured and forward-looking organizational skills
- Internet affinity, not afraid of new technologies
- Enjoy working with numbers
- Good command of English
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of online market research and data analysis, professional experience in field services an advantage
- Problem solving skills and flexibility
- Outgoing, team-oriented appearance and strong service mentality
- Emphatic approach in dealing with customers and colleagues
