Your tasks
- We are looking for a motivated colleague who is passionate about brand (B2B, B2C) & performance marketing (B2C) & community moderation (B2C), and who inspires and drives forward with their own ideas.
- (Medium term) Independent management of B2B marketing and B2C marketing, in particular for user acquisition
- (In the medium term) Budget responsibility for marketing and recruitment
- (In the medium term) Responsibility for panelist recruitment or performance marketing (online marketing: including affiliate, SEO, SEA, social, email marketing, telephone marketing, cooperation management) in collaboration with our external (agency) partners
- Funnel management through technical tracking optimization, KPI analysis, implementation of optimization measures
- (Joint) responsibility for the content of the company and panel websites, brochures, industry directory entries
- Strategic development of our brand, positioning, and communication
- (Co-) organization of B2B trade fair appearances (trade fair stand and merchandise)
- Design of campaigns, flyers, brochures, advertisements, advertising materials, partly in cooperation with external service providers
- (Joint) responsibility for our social media presence (currently B2B: LinkedIn, B2C: own portals, Instagram, Facebook)
- Internal communication for cross-departmental coordination of projects, especially with the sales, support, and panel management departments
- External communication with agencies, service providers, and business partners
What you bring with you
- Ideally, a degree in economics with a focus on marketing or comparable training
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in digital marketing for a brand, advertising or online agency, or market research agency
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, tracking, and web analytics
- Experience with web-based tools such as content management systems and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as online marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, swat.io) and CRM systems
- Good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken German and good English, analytical thinking skills and confident handling of figures and reports
- Experience with social media/community management is an advantage
- Experience with graphic design (e.g. in Canva, Figma, Photoshop) is an advantage
- Experience with WordPress/Elementor is helpful but not essential
- Market research knowledge and experience with digital panels (or online panels) are helpful, but not a must Organizational and communication skills
- Team player and good with people, service-oriented
- Creative flair and personal curiosity about tech trends and target group trends
- Empathetic when dealing with business partners and coworkers
