Your tasks
  • We are looking for a motivated colleague who is passionate about performance marketing (B2C – i.e. acquisition of users of our survey platforms/apps) & community moderation (B2C) as well as brand (B2B, B2C) in the medium term, who inspires and drives forward their own ideas.
  • (Medium-term) independent support and budget responsibility for B2C marketing, especially for user acquisition/performance marketing (online marketing: e.g. affiliate, SEO, SEA, social, email marketing, telemarketing, cooperation management) in cooperation with our external (agency) partners
  • Customer journey and funnel management through KPI analysis and implementation of optimization measures
  • Planning and creation of campaigns, flyers, brochures, advertisements, advertising material, partly in cooperation with external service providers
  • Development and moderation of the B2C Instagram account (horizoom_Panel)
  • Medium-term (co-)responsibility for content in B2B marketing for brand & positioning and participation in company and panel websites, brochures, business directory entries
  • (Co-)organization of B2B trade fair appearances (trade fair stand and merchandise)
  • (Co-)responsibility for our B2B LinkedIn account (horizoom GmbH)
  • Internal communication for cross-departmental coordination of projects, especially with the Sales, Support and Panel Management departments
  • External communication with agencies, service providers and business partners

What you bring with you

  • Ideally a degree in economics with a focus on marketing or comparable training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in digital marketing for a brand, advertising/online/market research agency
  • Sound knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEA, tracking & web analytics and experience in using online marketing/analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google MyBusiness, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Sistrix…)
  • Experience with social media/community management is an advantage
  • Experience with graphic design (e.g. in Canva, Figma, Photoshop) and WordPress/Elementor an advantage
  • Knowledge of market research and experience with online access panels is helpful, but not a must
  • (Very) good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Very good German and (very) good written and spoken English skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and confident handling of figures and reports
  • Organizational and communication skills, team and contact skills, service-oriented work
  • Creative flair and personal curiosity for (mar)tech trends and target group trends
  • Empathic and at the same time goal-oriented interaction with business partners and colleagues

In addition to People & Culture, Rahel also manages horizoom’s accounting departments from the company’s headquarters in Berlin. With over 20 years of experience in the media and online panel industry, she was already involved in the founding of Berlin-based GapFish GmbH, among others. The graduate foreign language correspondent and mother of two lives a culture of cohesion and caring, sees herself as a people & culture ambassador and says “In the end it’s simple, it’s all about the people!”. In her free time Rahel enjoys cooking with family & friends, spending time at the gym and dancing through the clubs of her city!
